These terms govern the use of the odinkey.com website (hereinafter “the Website”), operated under the Odin Key brand by Adrien Spada, a sole proprietorship (Rue du Maupas 16, 1004 Lausanne, Switzerland). By accessing and using the Website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website offers digital products for sale (activation keys and licences for software and games). The purchase conditions are detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You undertake to use the Website fairly and in accordance with the law. In particular, it is prohibited to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to disrupt the operation of the Website, to use unauthorised automated means (robots, data scraping) or to infringe the rights of third parties.

If you create an account, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out from your account. Please inform us without delay of any unauthorised use.

All elements of the Website (texts, logos, the Odin Key brand, layout, visuals) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of third-party publishers remain the property of their respective owners.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information (descriptions, prices, availability). However, errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and to update the information at any time. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), without VAT (the operator is not subject to VAT); display in pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD) is offered for convenience, at the exchange rate of the day.

The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Website, as well as for the use made of the products by the customer in breach of the terms of their publishers.
