Order & delivery
How will I receive my order?
As our products are digital, your activation key is sent to you by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and remains available in your customer account. No items are shipped by post.
How long will it take to receive my key?
Within 24 hours. In rare cases (payment check), it may take up to a few hours.
I haven’t received my key, what should I do?
Check your spam folder and your customer account. If necessary, contact us with your order number. More details on the Delivery & Returns page.
Payment & invoicing
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online, securely, by bank card. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a PDF invoice is generated automatically for each order and is available in your customer account.
Is VAT applied?
Yes. The prices displayed are VAT-inclusive: they include VAT at the rate of 22 %, itemised on your invoice.
Products & activation keys
Are the keys genuine and legal?
Yes. We offer genuine activation keys intended for use in accordance with the terms of their respective publishers.
How do I activate my key?
Each product is activated on the publisher’s official platform (for example the Microsoft account, Steam, or the software concerned). If in doubt, contact us: we will gladly guide you.
My key doesn’t work, what happens?
Contact us within 7 days at info@odinkey.com. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
Account & support
Do I have to create an account to order?
An account lets you easily find your keys and invoices, but you will receive your key by email in any case.
Do you offer support?
Yes. Our team answers your questions Monday to Friday (9:00–18:00) and can help you with any installation or activation difficulty.
