1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between CHKEY OÜ, a company incorporated under Estonian law that operates the odinkey.com website under the Odin Key brand (“the Seller”), and its customers. Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Products and formation of the contract
The website offers activation keys (licences) for software and games. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order.
Digital content and right of withdrawal. As the products are digital content supplied without a tangible medium, a customer who is a consumer requests, by placing an order, that performance of the contract begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the activation key has been delivered.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including 22 % VAT.
- The customer may choose to display prices and pay in pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD); amounts are then converted at the exchange rate of the day and the chosen currency is the currency of payment.
- Payment is made online by bank card, using the payment methods offered on the website at the time of the order.
- An invoice showing VAT is issued for each order.
4. Delivery times
Activation keys are delivered by email to the address provided by the customer. The Seller undertakes to deliver the key within 24 hours of receiving payment.
5. Warranty and liability
- The Seller guarantees that the activation key is valid at the time of dispatch.
- In the event of a defective key, the customer contacts support within 7 days of purchase; after verification, the Seller will provide a replacement or a refund.
- These provisions are without prejudice to the rights that the consumer holds under the mandatory law of their country of residence, in particular as regards the conformity of digital content.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and the Seller is not liable for indirect damage (loss of data, interruption of the customer’s business).
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used only for order processing and is not sold to third parties.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence. The consumer may bring proceedings before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
8. Ordering process and verification
Orders are placed online via the shopping cart. Before confirming, the customer can review the details of their order and correct any errors. Confirmation of payment constitutes acceptance of the order and of these terms. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer.
9. Product availability
Our offers are valid while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer is informed as soon as possible and is refunded the corresponding amount in full.
10. Complaints and after-sales service
For any complaint, the customer contacts our support team at info@odinkey.com, stating their order number. The delivery and replacement procedures are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.
11. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to an event of force majeure or an event beyond its control (technical failure, default of a supplier or payment provider, etc.).
12. Amicable dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to seek an amicable solution first by contacting our customer service. The consumer retains the possibility of using any out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism available in their country of residence.
13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order. Last updated: October 2026.
