Withdraw from contract here

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days (Terms and Conditions, Art. 8). Fill in the form and confirm. You will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail straight away. For digital content such as an activation key, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the key has been delivered, if you agreed to this before ordering (Art. 8.2): we will check your request and reply to you.
