Delivery & Returns
At Odin Key, all our products are digital goods (activation keys and licences for software or games). There is therefore no postal shipping: delivery is made electronically.
Delivery by email within 24 hours
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your activation key is sent to you within 24 hours at the email address provided when ordering. It is also available at any time in the “Orders” section of your customer account.
In exceptional cases (payment verification, anti-fraud check), delivery may require a verification period. You will be informed by email in the event of a delay.
Haven’t received your key?
- Check your spam / junk mail folder.
- Check the “Orders” section of your customer account.
- If you still cannot find your key, contact us at info@odinkey.com with your order number.
Right of withdrawal
Our products are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. By placing an order, you request that performance of the contract begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the activation key has been delivered to you.
Defective or non-working key
If the key you received does not work, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@odinkey.com. After verification on our side, we will, as appropriate, provide a replacement key or a refund. Please do not try to activate the key on several devices before contacting us, so as to make diagnosis easier. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
