Neon Echo is an action RPG in which combat and music go hand in hand. This is a Steam key, to be activated on your own Steam account before downloading the game. The setting is a world tainted by a corrupting force called noise, which drives people into restlessness or turns them into monsters; a group of teenagers discovers that electronic music can push it back.
What to expect
- Several fighter types, such as the Tachi warrior, the gunner and the boxer, each switching between a common form and a Neon form.
- Many ways to combine skills and build systems, so that every fight can be approached flexibly.
- Randomly assembled stages with unpredictable events, timed challenges and small mini-games.
- Attacks that react to the rhythm of the soundtrack, which grows more intense when the Neon transformation starts.
Who is it for?
Players who enjoy side-scrolling action with roguelite-style randomness, and anyone who likes to play with headphones on and let the music set the pace. Runs rarely play out the same way twice, which suits those who like variety from one session to the next.
