Microsoft Project 2021 Pro – Lifetime Licence (1 PC)

Microsoft Project 2021 Pro is the higher edition of Microsoft's project management software, as a One-off purchase for 1 PC. It includes all the functions of the Standard edition and adds what is missing as soon as several projects share the same teams.

What the Pro edition adds

• Shared resource pool — a single list of staff and equipment used by several projects, with immediate detection of overloads when a person is assigned to two jobs at the same time.
• Connection to Project Server and Project Online — publish your schedules to a central platform, where management and teams view the consolidated progress.
• Team Planner — a view by person rather than by task, allowing you to rebalance workloads by drag-and-drop.
• Synchronisation with SharePoint task lists — to share a schedule with colleagues who do not have Project.

The functions common to Project

Gantt charts, critical path, milestones and deadlines, automatic or manual scheduling, baseline planning to measure variances, cost and budget management, built-in reports and timelines presentable in meetings.

What's new in the 2021 version

Interface aligned with Office 2021, dark mode, performance gains on large schedules and better management of interlinked projects. One-off purchase: The functions remain those of the 2021 version, with no later additions.
