Microsoft Project 2021 Pro – Lifetime Licence (1 PC)

Microsoft Project 2021 Pro is the upper edition of Microsoft's desktop project management software, sold as a one-off purchase for 1 PC. It contains everything in the Standard edition and adds the features you need once several projects draw on the same people.

What Pro adds to Standard

• Shared resource pool: one list of staff and equipment used across several projects, with overloads flagged when someone is booked on two jobs at once.
• Project Server and Project Online connection, for publishing schedules to a central platform where managers and teams see consolidated progress.
• Team Planner, a view organised by person rather than by task, where workloads can be rebalanced by drag and drop.
• SharePoint task list synchronisation, handy for sharing a schedule with colleagues who do not own Project.

Features shared with Standard

Gantt charts, critical path, milestones and deadlines, automatic or manual scheduling, baselines for measuring variances, cost and budget tracking, built-in reports and timelines you can show in meetings.

About the 2021 version
