Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus – Key linked to your Microsoft account (Bind Key)

Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus in Bind Key version: a key that attaches permanently to your Microsoft account at activation. Once the operation is done, the licence appears in your Services and subscriptions space on Microsoft's website, just like a licence bought directly from the publisher.

What "key linked to the account" means

The attachment is irreversible: the key can never again be associated with another Microsoft account. On the other hand, as long as you sign in with this account, you can re-download Office and reinstall it after a reformat, a disk change or a machine replacement, without re-entering the key. That is the main difference from an LTSC key or a phone-activation key, which stays linked to the hardware rather than to an account.

The included software

• Word 2019 — word processing, Focus mode, review and accessibility tools.
• Excel 2019 — spreadsheet with MAXIFS and IFS functions, funnel charts, Power Query.
• PowerPoint 2019 — Morph, slide zoom, 3D models, video export.
• Outlook 2019 — e-mail, calendar, contacts and tasks.
• Access 2019 — relational databases.
• Publisher 2019 — layout of printed documents.
• OneNote — structured note-taking.

Activation

The activation key reaches you by e-mail within 24 hours at most. Sign in to Microsoft's Office setup page with the account you wish to use permanently — take the time to choose the right one, the link is permanent —, enter the key, then download and install the suite. Office is activated as soon as you sign in.

System requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• 1.6 GHz dual-core processor, 4 GB of RAM
• 4 GB of available disk space
• Microsoft account and Internet connection
