Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus – Retail Key with Phone Activation (1 PC)

This listing is for Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus with a phone-activation key for 1 PC. It is a one-off purchase covering the full desktop suite. The one thing to be aware of is that the key is validated with Microsoft over the telephone rather than online.

Activating by phone, step by step

Install Office, then choose the phone option in the activation wizard. Office shows a long Installation ID made up of nine blocks of digits. Call the number Microsoft gives you, read the digits to the automated voice service and write down the Confirmation ID it reads back. Type that into the wizard to finish. Allow around ten minutes, and have the PC in front of you during the call. This takes longer than an online activation and is the main trade-off with this type of key.

Applications you get

• Word 2019 for documents, mail merge, review tools and Focus mode.
• Excel 2019 for spreadsheets, pivot tables, VBA macros and Power Query.
• PowerPoint 2019 for presentations, with Morph and Zoom for slides.
• Outlook 2019 for e-mail, calendar, contacts and tasks.
• Access 2019 for relational databases.
• Publisher 2019 for laying out printed material.
• OneNote for notes.

Is it right for you?

This version suits someone setting up a single workstation that will stay as it is. If you would rather activate within seconds, without a call, look for the Retail key with online activation instead.
