Hypnospace Outlaw is a simulation game that turns the web of the late 1990s into a place you can wander through. This product is a Steam key: you redeem it on your own Steam account, then download and play the game from your library.
What to expect
- A job as a Hypnospace Enforcer: browse user-made pages, spot rule-breakers and report them through your inbox.
- A desktop you can decorate with wallpapers, screen savers, downloads and little helper bots.
- Hazards along the way, such as adware, viruses and toolbars that clutter your system.
- Hidden pages, files and secrets to find if you would rather explore than follow orders.
- Hypnocoins handed out as a reward for your work.
Who is it for?
Players who enjoy quirky, nostalgic settings and slow-paced investigation more than fast action. It suits anyone who remembers dial-up era websites, as well as curious newcomers who like exploring a detailed fictional world at their own pace. The game is rated PEGI 12 and was released in March 2019. Expect a patient, curious style of play, with plenty of small details to notice along the way, rather than a race against the clock.
