House Flipper: Luxury – Steam Key (global version)

House Flipper: Luxury is add-on content for House Flipper, the property-renovation game where you clean, repair, decorate then resell homes. This expansion steers the activity towards the high end: the projects deal with properties of an altogether different standing, with higher finishing requirements and more luxurious furnishings. The base game is needed to use this content — this listing concerns the expansion alone, not the full game.

What this expansion includes

• New properties — high-end homes to renovate, larger and more detailed than those of the base game.
• Luxurious furniture and materials — an additional catalogue of objects, coverings and finishes.
• Dedicated projects — renovation missions with their own quality expectations.
• Free layout — the ability to completely rethink the arrangement once the work is finished.
• Resale — the property's value depends on the quality of the renovation and the tastes of the simulated buyers.

Validity region

Global version key: no regional restriction, activatable from a Swiss Steam account.

Activation on Steam

You receive your Steam key by e-mail within 24 hours maximum. Open Steam, go to Games then Activate a Product on Steam and enter the code. The expansion is added to your library and activates automatically if House Flipper is installed.

System requirements

The base game House Flipper is essential: this expansion does not work on its own. On the machine side, Windows 64-bit, a quad-core processor, 8 GB of RAM and an entry-level dedicated graphics card are enough. Allow for a few extra gigabytes of disk space.
