Have a Nice Death is an action platformer developed by Magic Design Studios. It is a Steam key, so you activate it on your own Steam account and download the game from your library. You take the role of Death, who runs a company called Death Inc. and has to keep order among the staff, which turns out to be far from easy.
What to expect
- Fast hack and slash fights with a scythe, plus more than 30 weapons and spells to find, upgrade and combine.
- Procedurally generated departments, so each attempt through the company looks a little different.
- Minions and bosses waiting in every department, and a performance review after each run that unlocks items and upgrades.
- A cast of quirky colleagues, such as your pumpkin-headed assistant, with a steady supply of office gossip.
- Curse upgrades with a catch: taking extra power for yourself can change how the rest of the company behaves.
Who is it for?
Players who enjoy repeatable action runs, quick reflexes and a humorous take on the afterlife will feel at home here. Rated PEGI 12, the game suits teenagers and adults who like to refine their approach a little more with every attempt. It is published by Gearbox Publishing.
