Fallout 4 is Bethesda Game Studios' open-world role-playing game, set in the Commonwealth, the region around Boston, two centuries after a nuclear war. You leave Vault 111 to look for your son and cross a ruined landscape inhabited by raiders, ghouls and super mutants. This Game of the Year edition bundles the base game with its expansions in a single Steam key.
What the game offers
- An open world to explore: Boston and its surroundings, with hundreds of locations to search and unscripted encounters along the way.
- Combat your way: real-time shooting, or the V.A.T.S. system that slows the action so you can target enemy limbs.
- Settlement building: set up, power and defend camps, and look after their resources and residents.
- Deep crafting: weapons and armour that can be modified in detail, plus chemistry, cooking and scrap recycling.
- Companions and factions: several allies with their own quests, and four factions whose backing shapes the ending.
- Power armour: exoskeletons run on fusion cores and customised piece by piece.
What this edition contains
- The complete Fallout 4 game.
- The expansions Far Harbor, Nuka-World, Automatron, Vault-Tec Workshop, Wasteland Workshop and Contraptions Workshop.
Before you order
This is a worldwide-version Steam key, so it carries no regional restriction. The game runs on 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 10, with a quad-core processor, 8 GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card; an older model is sufficient. Leave plenty of free disk space, as the expansions add to the installation size.
Activation and delivery
The key is sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment. In Steam, open Games, choose Activate a Product on Steam and enter the key; the game then appears in your library. An invoice is included, and support is available by e-mail.
