ESET Internet Security 2024 is ESET's complete suite for home users, and it should not be confused with NOD32 Antivirus. Where NOD32 stops at the antivirus, Internet Security adds a firewall, anti-spam, parental control, online payment protection and home network monitoring. This licence covers one PC for one year.
What is included
- Antivirus and anti-spyware: real-time scanning of files, scripts and memory with a modest footprint on performance.
- Personal firewall: filters connections application by application and hides your machine on public networks.
- Anti-spam: sorts junk mail directly inside your e-mail client.
- Parental control: filters websites by category and limits screen time per profile.
- Banking protection: a hardened browser for financial operations and online purchases.
- Anti-ransomware protection: blocks attempts to encrypt your documents without permission.
Before you order
This is a 2024 edition, released before the current ESET HOME Security range. Virus definition updates are still delivered for the whole duration of the licence. The licence applies to 1 PC for 12 months from activation and works on Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7 (SP1), in 32-bit and 64-bit. About 1 GB of RAM and 1 GB of disk space are enough, and an Internet connection is needed for activation and updates.
Activation and delivery
The key is sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment. Install ESET Internet Security, choose the option to use a purchased licence key and enter the code, or add the licence to your ESET HOME account. Support is available by e-mail.
