DreadOut 2 is a third-person survival horror adventure rooted in Indonesian supernatural lore. This product is a Steam key: you redeem it on your own Steam account, then download and play the game from your library.
What to expect
- A small town to roam by day and by night, with residents to talk to and urban legends to unravel.
- Ghost hunting with a smartphone, combined with melee weapons for the fights in the spirit realm.
- Side quests, hidden areas and mini-bosses drawn from local folk tales.
- A Ghostpedia that gathers the creatures and legends you come across.
- A tone that mixes fear with school-life humour and light social satire.
Who is it for?
Players aged 16 and over (PEGI 16) who enjoy atmospheric horror built around exploration and story rather than constant shooting. If you like piecing together mysteries at your own pace, with a few tense encounters along the way, this one is a good fit. A Steam account is required to redeem the key. Expect a game that rewards curiosity: talking to the locals, checking every corner of the town and reading up on each creature you meet all help the story fall into place, so there is no need to rush.
