Diablo IV – Lord of Hatred is additional content for Diablo IV on PC, delivered as a Battle.net gift: you receive a link or a code to claim on your Blizzard account and not a full game key. The base game Diablo IV is essential: this DLC cannot be played on its own. It extends the Sanctuary campaign with a new region, new enemies and brand-new gear.
What this content includes
- Campaign expansion — a scripted continuation of the main Diablo IV story.
- New area to explore — an additional territory with its dungeons, events and bosses.
- Progression content — new legendary items, skills and endgame rewards.
- Account linking — once claimed, the content stays tied to your Battle.net account, with no further activation.
- PC version — this gift concerns the PC platform; it is not transferable to a console.
Compatibility
Windows PC with the Battle.net client installed and an active Blizzard account. Diablo IV (base game) required on the same account. A permanent Internet connection is necessary: Diablo IV is played online, including solo.

You receive your gift code or link by email within 24 hours maximum after payment is validated. Log in to your Battle.net account, open the link received or enter the code in the « Redeem a Code » section, then accept the gift. The content then appears in your Diablo IV library.
