What to expect
- A medieval setting that grew out of the remains of an older technological age, where zealous faith and forbidden science collide.
- The city of Akratya, besieged by the Church of Death in its campaign against the Cult of Life, with a strange and dangerous atmosphere of its own.
- A Binding System that lets you take in the essence of defeated warriors, then switch between them in the middle of combat to use their skills and personalities.
- Powerful Morphstrikes that combine the strengths of your party, plus talent trees to shape your own playing style.
- Demanding enemies whose design is based on the five stages of grief.
Who is it for?
Players who like challenging, dark fantasy action with plenty of build options, and who enjoy discovering a bleak world through combat and exploration. Its focus on party composition and talent choices gives plenty to think about between fights, and rewards players who like to refine their approach.
