Avast Driver Updater – 1 year / 3 PCs

Avast Driver Updater in the 3 PCs for 1 year version lets you maintain several computers in the same household or a small office with a single key. It is a driver updating utility and not an antivirus: it does not protect against viruses, phishing or ransomware. It serves to keep the graphics card, sound, network, printer and chipset drivers up to date, whose obsolescence is a frequent cause of crashes, Wi-Fi drops or unrecognised devices.

Main features

• Three machines covered — the same key activates in turn on three separate Windows computers.
• Automatic hardware detection — each machine is scanned individually and receives the drivers matching its components.
• Original manufacturer drivers — the versions offered come from the hardware manufacturers.
• Backup and restore — the old driver is kept before replacement, with a rollback possible in case of incompatibility.
• Sequential installation — one driver at a time, to avoid conflicts between components.
• Scheduled scans — each machine regularly checks for the appearance of new versions.

Compatibility

Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7 (SP1), 32 and 64-bit, on three machines. Windows-only software. Each computer must have Internet access to download the driver packages.

Activation

The activation key is sent to you by email within 24 hours at most. Install Avast Driver Updater on the first PC, enter the code in the subscription section, then repeat the operation on the other two machines. The 12-month period runs from the first activation.
