Microsoft Project Professional 2019 – Global Key

Microsoft Project Professional 2019 is a project-management application sold as a one-off purchase for a Windows computer. It covers scheduling, resource assignment and reporting, which is often all that teams need when they do not require the newer features of Project 2021.

What you can do with it

• Gantt chart: lay out tasks, durations, dependencies and milestones, and follow the critical path.
• Several timelines: build more than one timeline so each audience sees the phases that concern it.
• Swimlane labels: group tasks visually by team or by phase.
• Team Planner: balance the workload and spot assignment conflicts.
• Cost tracking: planned budget, actual cost and variances are calculated for you.
• Reports: progress dashboards that can be exported to Excel and PowerPoint.
