Tropico 6 is a strategy and simulation game in which you rule the island state of Tropico as El Presidente. It comes as a Steam key, which you redeem on your own Steam account before downloading the game from your library. Whether you govern as a feared dictator or a peace-loving statesman, you shape your own banana republic through four distinct eras while keeping the needs of your people in mind.
What to expect
- Several islands at once: manage entire archipelagos, connect them with bridges and tunnels, and move citizens and tourists by taxi, bus or cable car.
- Raids abroad: send your agents overseas to carry off world wonders such as the Statue of Liberty or the Eiffel Tower and add them to your collection.
- A palace of your own: choose its look and its extras to suit your regime.
- Politics at the centre: a revised research system focused on the political side of power, plus election speeches from your balcony and promises you cannot possibly keep.
Who is it for?
Fans of city-building and management games who enjoy juggling budgets, public opinion and ambitious projects. The game is rated PEGI 16.
