Norton 360 Deluxe 2021 covers 3 devices for 1 year and includes 25 GB of online backup. Within the Norton 360 range, the Deluxe edition sits between Standard and Premium: the three plans differ essentially in the number of devices covered, the amount of cloud backup space and the extent of dark web monitoring. This edition carries the 2021 vintage: it is an earlier version of the software, but antivirus signature updates remain provided for the entire duration of the licence. The EU label indicates the key's zone of validity, intended for activation from Europe, Switzerland included.
What the protection includes
- Antivirus and anti-ransomware — real-time protection on the 3 devices, with behavioural analysis of unknown programs.
- Smart firewall — monitors the PC's network traffic and blocks suspicious outbound communications.
- 25 GB cloud backup — automatic copy of your documents and photos, useful in the event of a disk failure or ransomware.
- Secure VPN — encrypts the connection on public Wi-Fi networks and hides your IP address.
Compatibility
Windows 10, 8.1 and 7 (SP1), macOS, Android and iOS. The 3 licences are shared freely across these platforms. The 25 GB cloud backup is reserved for Windows; the VPN and password manager work on all four systems.
Activation
Your activation key is sent by e-mail within 24 hours maximum. Create a Norton account, add the code in the subscription section, then send the installation link to each of the 3 devices. The 12-month period starts at the first activation.
