This listing is for Windows 11 Pro with a 5 PC licence: one key that can be activated on five computers. It is aimed at small offices, practices, associations and households with several machines that would rather manage a single code.
How the 5 PC licence works
You receive one code and enter it on each of the five workstations in turn. Every computer then runs a complete, standalone copy of Windows 11 Pro. Activations are counted by Microsoft, so beyond five machines the key stops working.
Pro features on every machine
- BitLocker for full disk encryption, particularly useful on laptops that leave the building.
- Remote Desktop host, so each workstation can be administered or used remotely.
- Hyper-V for native virtual machines on each computer.
- Windows Sandbox for opening doubtful attachments safely.
- Domain or Microsoft Entra ID join, so all five can join the same directory.
- Group Policy and Windows Update for Business for consistent settings and controlled updates.
Check every PC first
Windows 11 needs a TPM 2.0 chip, Secure Boot and a compatible 64-bit processor. Run Microsoft's PC Health Check tool on each of the five machines before ordering, because an older workstation may not qualify.
Requirements per workstation:
- Compatible 64-bit processor, 1 GHz, 2 cores or more
- 4 GB of RAM
- 64 GB of storage
- UEFI with Secure Boot, and TPM 2.0
- DirectX 12 graphics card with a WDDM 2.0 driver
- Internet connection and a Microsoft account
Activation and delivery
