Microsoft 365 Family (formerly sold as Office 365 Family) is Microsoft's office subscription for households. One licence covers up to 6 people for 1 year, and each person keeps their own account, their own files and their own storage. Every user can install the apps on several devices, including computers, tablets and phones. This key is intended for the EU region.
What the subscription includes
- Word: a full word processor for reports, letters and essays, with spell checking and templates.
- Excel: spreadsheets with formulas, PivotTables, charts and conditional formatting.
- PowerPoint: presentations with transitions, animations and presenter view.
- Outlook: mail, calendar and contacts together in one application.
- OneNote: a digital notebook that syncs across your devices.
- OneDrive: 1 TB of cloud storage for each person on the plan.
Good to know before ordering
- This is a one-year subscription, not a perpetual licence: the period runs for 12 months from the moment you activate the key.
- The key is for the EU region, so use it with a Microsoft account set up for a country in that region.
- Every person who joins the family group needs a Microsoft account.
- Compatible with Windows 11 and 10, recent versions of macOS, and the mobile apps for Android and iOS.
- An Internet connection is required for activation and for OneDrive synchronisation.
Activation and delivery
The key is sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment, with an invoice and the activation steps. Open Microsoft's activation page, sign in with your account, enter the code and download the applications. From your Microsoft account area, invite the five other members of the household by e-mail: each one then gets their own installation and their own terabyte of storage. Delivery is digital only, with nothing to ship, and our team answers questions by e-mail.
