This listing is for Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus with a 5 PC licence: one activation key that covers five computers. It is a one-off purchase with no monthly fee per user, which suits a family, a small office, a practice or an association.
Applications on each machine
- Word 2021 for documents, dictation, Focus mode, review tools and mail merge.
- Excel 2021 for spreadsheets, with dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query and VBA macros.
- PowerPoint 2021 for presentations, with slide show recording and narration, plus Morph transition.
- Outlook 2021 for e-mail, shared calendar, contacts and tasks.
- Access 2021 for relational databases.
- Publisher 2021 for laying out printed material.
- OneNote for a digital notebook.
How the five-PC key works
You receive one key and enter it on each of the five computers. Every activation uses up one of the five entitlements. The PCs can have different specifications and do not have to share a network, so a desktop at the office and four laptops at home work just as well.
One-off purchase, not a subscription
The suite is acquired permanently, with no end date and no renewal. It does not include the Microsoft 365 services, such as extended cloud storage and continuously added features.
Good to know before you order
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 on every machine
- Dual-core 1.6 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM
- 4 GB of free disk space for each installation
Install Office 2021 on each computer, open Word, then enter the key under File › Account. Activation is done online, one machine at a time.
Odin Key sends the single key by e-mail within 24 hours of payment, together with the activation steps, and an official invoice is included. Support in English by e-mail and live chat.
