Kaspersky Internet Security 2022 covers 1 device for 1 year and combines Kaspersky's award-winning antivirus with a firewall, the Safe Money secure browser, parental controls and privacy tools. This 2022 edition precedes the range's overhaul into Standard, Plus and Premium; the antivirus databases continue to be updated throughout the licence period, so the protection remains effective against current threats.
What the protection includes
- Multi-layered real-time scanning — monitoring of files, e-mail, web traffic and memory.
- Safe Money — banking sessions and online purchases isolated in a protected browser.
- Application firewall — each program is assigned a trust level and associated network rights.
- Anti-ransomware with restore — blocks encryption and lets you roll back affected files.
- Webcam and microphone protection — alert and blocking whenever an application tries to access them.
- Private browsing and anti-banner — limits advertising trackers and cross-site profiling.
- Parental controls — content filtering, time slots and monitoring of children's activity.
- Virtual keyboard — enter your passwords safe from keyloggers.
