Kaspersky Internet Security 2021 is Kaspersky's mid-range security suite, for 1 device for 1 year. It adds to the antivirus a two-way firewall, the Safe Money secure browser for banking operations, parental controls and a VPN limited in daily volume. It is a 2021 edition, older than the current Standard/Plus/Premium range: the interface corresponds to that generation, but the antivirus database updates continue to be delivered for the entire duration of the licence.
What the protection includes
- Real-time antivirus — blocking of viruses, Trojans, worms and spyware as soon as they appear on the disk.
- Safe Money — opens banking and shopping sites in an isolated browser, with certificate verification.
- Two-way firewall — filtering of applications and the network, with rules adapted to the type of connection.
- Anti-ransomware and action rollback — stops encryption and can restore files modified by a malicious program.
- Anti-phishing — blocking of sites that imitate banks and payment services.
- Webcam protection and virtual keyboard — prevents spying through the camera and the capture of your keystrokes.
- Parental controls — restriction of content and usage time for children's accounts.
- VPN Secure Connection — encryption of the connection, with a daily volume limited in this edition.
