Gothic 1 Remake – Steam Key

Gothic 1 Remake is the complete reworking of the role-playing game released in 2001, made by Alkimia Interactive for THQ Nordic. You are thrown into a penal colony enclosed under a magic barrier that no one can leave. Nameless, without equipment and without an ally, you must choose your side among the factions that share the valley — the Old Camp and its ore barons, the New Camp of the mercenaries, the camp of the Brothers of the Swamp — then carve your way through a world that does not adapt to your level.

What awaits you

• Non-scaled open world — powerful monsters stay powerful whatever your level, which makes progression genuinely noticeable.
• Faction choice — your camp determines your quests, your equipment and the way characters treat you.
• Demanding combat — melee weapons, bows and magic, with a redesigned system that is nonetheless still slower and harsher than in modern action RPGs.
• Learning from masters — you do not progress alone: you have to find a teacher to unlock a skill.
• Coherent world — inhabitants who go about their business, structured days and dialogue with a deliberately rough tone.
