Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is an action RPG from Square Enix, sold here as a Steam key that you activate on your own Steam account. The story follows Class Zero, a squad of cadets from an elite military academy, as their homeland comes under attack from a neighbouring empire. The tone is serious, and the plot puts war and its consequences at the centre, with the characters in the foreground.
What to expect
- Action-based combat with a roster of cadets, each relying on their own mix of weapons and magic.
- A story-rich campaign driven by missions and a political conflict that keeps getting worse.
- PC extras such as higher resolution options, full controller support and an improved battle camera.
- Steam achievements, trading cards, adjustable motion blur and a dynamic screenshot mode.
Who is it for?
Fans of JRPG-style action games who enjoy a dramatic, character-driven war story will feel at home here. Players who want to discover a console-era adventure in a well-equipped PC edition, playable with a controller from the very first launch, will also find plenty to explore, whether they prefer short sessions or long evenings.
