Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a heavy-goods-vehicle driving simulation developed by the Czech studio SCS Software. You start as a salaried driver, take loads to deliver from one European city to another, then buy your first truck, open a garage and end up at the head of a haulage company. The heart of the game nonetheless remains very simple: drive, respect the road, arrive on time and park properly.
What awaits you
- A European map — dozens of cities linked by motorways and A-roads, from the United Kingdom to Central Europe in the base game.
- Detailed driving — gearbox, engine braking, fuel management, rest times and fines for infractions.
- Delivery manoeuvres — reverse docking is a discipline in its own right, with several difficulty levels.
- Business management — buying trucks, hiring drivers, garages to expand and loans to repay.
- Customisation — officially licensed trucks, paintwork, cab accessories and mechanical upgrades.
- Wheel and VR compatible — one of the most appreciated titles for driving with a wheel or in virtual reality.
