ESET NOD32 Antivirus in a 10-device, 1-year licence lets you equip a large household or a small fleet of workstations with a single key. This is ESET's antivirus only: it detects and blocks viruses, Trojans, spyware and ransomware, but it provides no firewall, no antispam and no parental controls, which belong to the Internet Security editions and above. Its main strength remains the lightness of the engine, valuable when the covered machines do not all have the same power.
What the protection includes
- Ten workstations covered — the key activates on ten separate computers, manageable from an ESET HOME account.
- Real-time scanning — constant monitoring of files, memory and removable media.
- Advanced heuristics — ThreatSense technology identifies new threats based on their behaviour.
- Web protection — blocking of malicious sites and phishing pages.
- Exploit blocking — flaws in browsers and document readers can no longer serve as a way in.
- Gamer mode — pauses notifications and scans during full-screen sessions.
- Reduced consumption — effective protection even on older computers.
Compatibility
Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7 (SP1), 32 and 64 bits, up to ten workstations. About 1 GB of disk space per machine. An Internet connection is required on each workstation for activation and daily updates.
Activation
The activation key reaches you by e-mail within 24 hours at most. Add it to your ESET HOME account, then install the software on each workstation by entering the same key. The 12-month period runs from the first activation.
