Diablo IV – Battle.net (delivered as a gift, PC)

Diablo IV is the action-RPG by Blizzard Entertainment, the fourth instalment of one of the genre's founding series. You create a character from several classes and roam Sanctuary, an open world this time shared with other players, to confront Lilith and her faithful. The loop is the one that made the series' reputation: slaughter hordes of demons, pick up loot, improve your equipment, then start again at a higher difficulty.

What awaits you

• Distinct classes — barbarian, sorcerer, rogue, druid, necromancer and the classes added since, each with its own skill tree.
• Shared open world — five large regions crossed freely, with public events and encounters with other players.
• Loot and builds — legendary items, aspects and affixes to combine to build a genuine specialisation.
• Dungeons and nightmares — hundreds of dungeons, with harder versions for endgame progression.
