Dead by Daylight is the asymmetrical multiplayer horror game developed by Behaviour Interactive. The premise is simple and devastatingly effective: four survivors in third person try to repair five generators to open the exit gates, while one killer, played in first person, hunts them down one by one to hook them on the Entity's talons. The game is best known for its collaborations with major horror franchises, which have enriched its roster of killers and maps over the years.
What awaits you
- Two opposing roles — one is played in co-op and stealth, the other in pressure and area control.
- Chases and loops — pallets, windows and obstacles to exploit to waste the killer's time.
- Perk systems — each character has three perks that markedly influence the play style.
- Very different killers — traps, teleportation, invisibility or speed: each demands a counter-strategy.
Licensed killers and survivors are the subject of additional content sold separately; they are not included in the base game.
