CityDriver is a driving simulator that lets you explore a virtual replica of Munich's city centre behind the wheel of different cars. This is a Steam key, to be activated on your own Steam account before downloading the game. The emphasis is on realistic vehicle behaviour and everyday driving in a real city with real traffic rules.
What to expect
- A freeplay mode with customisable rules: you decide whether traffic regulations apply and whether collisions with other vehicles are active.
- Random missions you can accept or decline, plus a driving practice area with slalom and evasive manoeuvre exercises.
- Electric and combustion cars, with automatic or manual transmission, recreated in detail and interactive inside and out.
- City streets, landmarks, the motorway and state roads, along with filling stations and charging points.
- Modding tools to build or modify vehicles and share them through the community workshop.
Who is it for?
Fans of calm, realistic driving rather than racing, learners who want to practise road behaviour in a virtual setting, and mod enthusiasts. Rated PEGI 3, it also suits younger players. Players who prefer to set their own rules will like that traffic regulations and collisions can be switched on or off to suit their mood.
