Trend Micro Maximum Security – 1 year / 1 device (PC, Mac, mobile)

Trend Micro Maximum Security is the publisher's most complete edition, for 1 device for 1 year. What sets it apart from Internet Security comes down to two things: it covers Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, and it includes a password manager with an encrypted vault. It is the offer suited to anyone who wants to protect a device without being limited to the PC world.

What Maximum Security adds

• Cross-platform protection — the same licence can cover a Windows PC, a Mac, an Android smartphone or an iPhone, depending on the device you activate it on.
• Password Manager — encrypted vault for your credentials, strong password generation, automatic filling and synchronisation across devices.
• Mobile security — scanning of apps before installation, blocking of malicious sites in the mobile browser, anti-theft protection.
• Privacy protection on social networks — analyses your privacy settings on Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn and flags those that expose too much information.

The security foundation

• Real-time antivirus with cloud scanning — fast detection of emerging threats thanks to a global reputation database.
• Folder Shield — locking of document folders and synchronised cloud spaces against ransomware encryption.
• Anti-phishing and link rating — protection in the browser, search engines and messaging.
• Online payment security — checks the authenticity of banking and retail sites.
• Parental controls — content filtering and screen-time management.
• System optimisation — cleaning and faster start-up.
