Star Wars Outlaws is the first open-world Star Wars game, developed by Massive Entertainment for Ubisoft. You play as Kay Vess, a resourceful thief accompanied by her animal companion Nix, in the period set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Far from the Jedi and the great battles, the game focuses on the galactic underworld: crime syndicates, smuggling, heists and shady arrangements. Each planet offers an open area to traverse on foot or by speeder and space can be crossed freely aboard your ship.
What awaits you
- Reputation with the syndicates — your choices improve your relations with one criminal group at the expense of another, which opens or closes areas and contracts.
- Stealth and blaster — quiet approaches, distractions by Nix, or direct confrontations with a modular blaster.
- Open planets — several distinct worlds to explore by speeder, with hideouts, wrecks and secrets.
- Space flight — ship combat and travel between orbital areas.
