Satisfactory – Steam (account provided)

Satisfactory, from Coffee Stain Studios, is a first-person factory-building game. Landed on an alien planet on behalf of a corporation, you start with a miner and a coal-burner and end up with a gigantic industrial network. The whole mechanic rests on throughput: each machine consumes and produces a precise quantity of material per minute and the art of the game lies in balancing these flows using conveyors, splitters, mergers and trains.

What awaits you

• Production chains to design — from raw ore to complex components, via dozens of intermediate recipes.
• Hand-crafted open map — cliffs, caverns, forests and deserts to explore in search of deposits.
• Evolving movement — vehicles, ziplines, hypertubes and jetpack to cover distances.
• Research and tiers — a long technology tree that structures progression over dozens of hours.
