Microsoft Office 365 Personal – 1 year / 1 user

Microsoft Office 365 Personal (now Microsoft 365 Personal) is Microsoft's individual office subscription. It covers 1 user for 1 year and gives access to the complete Office suite, installable on several devices belonging to the same user — a desktop, a laptop, a tablet and a phone. Unlike a perpetual licence, the applications are updated to the latest version throughout the subscription period.

What the subscription includes

• Word — writing documents, letters and reports, with templates, change tracking and PDF export.
• Excel — calculations, budgets, data tracking, charts and PivotTables.
• PowerPoint — creating professional or academic presentations.
• Outlook — email and calendar, with management of several email accounts.
• OneNote — structured note taking, synced across all your devices.
• 1 TB of OneDrive storage — automatic backup of your folders, access to your files from anywhere and sharing by link.
• Full mobile apps — editing possible on tablet and smartphone, and not simple reading.

Compatibility

Windows 11 and 10, recent macOS, Android and iOS. A personal Microsoft account is essential: it is the one that carries the licence and the OneDrive storage. Internet connection required for activation and synchronisation.

Activation

The activation key reaches you by email within 24 hours at most after payment. Open the Microsoft activation page, sign in to your account, enter the code received then start the installation of the applications. The 12 months of subscription start at that moment.
