Grounded 2, developed by Obsidian Entertainment, continues the premise of the first instalment: teenagers shrunk to the size of an ant must survive in an outdoor environment that has become immense and hostile. What was just an ordinary garden turns into an expedition ground where a blade of grass is a building resource and a spider a formidable predator. The game combines survival, crafting, base-building and exploration, alone or cooperatively.
What awaits you
- Survival at insect scale — hunger, thirst and stamina to manage in a world where every trip requires preparation.
- Crafting and equipment — tools, weapons and armour made from materials gathered from the fauna and flora.
- Base-building — platforms, walls, zip lines and fittings to protect yourself and move around faster.
- An arthropod bestiary — ants, beetles, spiders and other creatures with distinct behaviours, to study before taking them on.
