Terraria, developed by Re-Logic, is a two-dimensional adventure, exploration and building game in an entirely destructible and randomly generated world. It is often compared to Minecraft, but its focus is far more geared towards adventure: the game features hundreds of items, dozens of bosses, several hostile biomes, events and a very structured progression. You start with a pickaxe and a short sword and end up with an arsenal capable of taking on gigantic creatures in a deeply transformed world.
What awaits you
- A generated, destructible world — dig, build, reshape the terrain at will, from the surface down to the underground hell.
- Tiered progression — each boss defeated unlocks new materials, new weapons and a new segment of the game.
- Hundreds of items — melee weapons, bows, firearms, spells, summons, mounts and accessories to combine.
- NPCs to house — building houses attracts merchants and craftspeople who sell new services.
