Microsoft Office 2024 Home and Business is the newest generation of the one-off-purchase suite. The key can be used on either a Windows PC or a Mac, whichever you choose, which is handy for households and small organisations with a mix of machines. There is no monthly fee: the licence is perpetual and covers one computer.
Applications included
- Word 2024: word processing, assisted formatting, co-authoring and PDF export.
- Excel 2024: new dynamic array functions, LAMBDA and enriched data types.
- PowerPoint 2024: Morph, Slide Zoom and camera and microphone recording while presenting.
- Outlook 2024: mail, calendar and contacts, with improved search and Exchange support.

Access is not part of this edition; it belongs to the Professional editions. Unlike the strictly home edition, Home and Business permits commercial use.
