This listing is for Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus in a 5 PC version: one activation key lets you install and activate the full suite on five computers. It is aimed at a household with several machines, a small office, or an association that wants to equip its whole team without a subscription.
Applications on each computer
- Word 2019: word processing, templates, mail merge and tracked changes.
- Excel 2019: spreadsheets, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA macros.
- PowerPoint 2019: presentations, Morph transition, Zoom and 4K video export.
- Outlook 2019: e-mail, calendar, contacts, and Exchange and IMAP accounts.
- Access 2019: relational databases, forms and reports.
- Publisher 2019: layouts for flyers, brochures and business cards.
- OneNote: a digital notebook.
How five activations work
You receive one key and enter it on each computer in turn. Every activation uses one of the five available. The machines do not have to match or share a network, so the same key works on an office desktop and on a laptop at home. Once all five activations are used, the key is spent.
One-off purchase, not a subscription
Unlike Microsoft 365, this licence is paid for once. It does not include the cloud services that come with a subscription, such as extra OneDrive storage or continuously added features, but the applications can be used with no time limit.
Good to know before you order
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 on every machine
- 1.6 GHz dual-core processor and 4 GB of RAM
- 4 GB of free disk space per installation
