House Flipper: Luxury is add-on content for House Flipper, the property-renovation game where you clean, repair, decorate then resell homes. This expansion steers the activity towards the high end: the projects deal with properties of an altogether different standing, with higher finishing requirements and more luxurious furnishings. The base game is needed to use this content — this listing concerns the expansion alone, not the full game.
What this expansion includes
- New properties — high-end homes to renovate, larger and more detailed than those of the base game.
- Luxurious furniture and materials — an additional catalogue of objects, coverings and finishes.
- Dedicated projects — renovation missions with their own quality expectations.
- Free layout — the ability to completely rethink the arrangement once the work is finished.
- Resale — the property's value depends on the quality of the renovation and the tastes of the simulated buyers.

System requirements
The base game House Flipper is essential: this expansion does not work on its own. On the machine side, Windows 64-bit, a quad-core processor, 8 GB of RAM and an entry-level dedicated graphics card are enough. Allow for a few extra gigabytes of disk space.
