Fallout 4 is the open-world role-playing game from Bethesda Game Studios. Two hundred years after a nuclear war, you emerge from Vault 111 into the Commonwealth — the Boston region — in search of your abducted son. The game combines free exploration, shooting, dialogue and building, in a retro-futuristic universe inspired by the 1950s where every ruin hides a story told by the objects found there.
What awaits you
- Open exploration — a dense map of ruined cities, factories, metros and camps, almost all of which can be visited.
- V.A.T.S. system — slow the action to target an enemy's arm, leg or weapon.
- Workshops and settlements — recover materials and build camps with electricity, crops and turrets.
- Equipment modification — weapons and armour break down and reassemble into dozens of variants.
- Companions — several recruitable allies, each with their opinion on your deeds and their own quest.
- Rival factions — Brotherhood of Steel, Minutemen, Railroad and the Institute, whose side you will have to choose.
