ESET Internet Security 2024 is ESET's complete security suite, to be distinguished from NOD32 Antivirus: where NOD32 is limited to the antivirus, Internet Security adds a firewall, an anti-spam, a parental control, online payment protection and home network monitoring. The licence covers 1 PC for 1 year. This is a 2024 edition, predating the current HOME Security range: definition updates remain provided for the entire duration of the licence.
What the protection includes
- Antivirus and antispyware — real-time scanning of files, scripts and memory, with a reduced impact on performance.
- Personal firewall — filters connections application by application and makes your machine invisible on public networks.
- Anti-spam — sorts junk mail directly in your e-mail client.
- Parental control — filters sites by category and limits screen time per profile.
- Banking protection — a hardened browser for financial operations and online purchases.
- Anti-ransomware protection — blocks unauthorised encryption attempts on your documents.
Compatibility
