Dying Light: The Beast is a first-person action and survival game developed by Techland. It brings back Kyle Crane, the protagonist of the first Dying Light, after thirteen years of captivity and experimentation that have made him something other than a mere human. The game keeps the series' formula: first-person parkour, brutal melee combat and a night when the infected become far faster and more dangerous.
What awaits you
- First-person parkour — rooftops, ledges, ziplines and calculated jumps to never touch the ground when possible.
- Decisive day/night cycle — night multiplies the rewards but unleashes fast infected that pursue relentlessly.
- Powers of the Beast — a rage gauge that, once filled, lets you unleash superhuman strength for a short moment.
- New region — a more rural and wooded environment than the cities of the previous instalments, with vehicles to get around.
- Crafting and weapons — melee weapons to make, modify and repair, plus firearms with a greater presence.
- Cooperation — the campaign is played alone or with other players online.
