DayZ is a multiplayer survival game developed by Bohemia Interactive. You spawn on the coast of Chernarus, a devastated post-Soviet region, with almost nothing: no weapon, no food, no imposed objective. Everything is about staying alive as long as possible against hunger, thirst, disease, the infected and above all the other players, each encounter with whom can just as easily save you as kill you.
What awaits you
- Realistic survival — body temperature, hydration, infections, fractures and blood loss are managed separately.
- No persistent progression — on death, everything is lost and you start again naked on the coast: this is the heart of the game's tension.
- Immense map — around 230 km² of villages, forests, military bases and towns to search on foot.
- Player encounters — proximity voice chat makes every contact unpredictable: negotiation, alliance or ambush.
- Bases and vehicles — building shelters, chests, tents and restoring cars with the parts you find.
- Community servers — rules, difficulty and modifications vary enormously from one server to another.
Activation: account provided
This is a provided Steam account. You receive credentials by email and log in with that account, never with your personal Steam account; the game is already present in its library. Do not modify the account information and do not save any payment method on it. Some community servers apply their own access rules.
System requirements
Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, a quad-core processor, 8 to 12 GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card. A stable Internet connection is essential, as the game is exclusively online. Count on around thirty gigabytes.
