Adobe Acrobat Pro is the reference tool for working on PDF documents. It does not merely display them: it lets you directly edit the text and images of an existing PDF, reorganise pages, merge several documents, convert a PDF into Word or Excel and have a contract signed electronically. This plan covers 1 month of subscription, which is perfectly suited for a one-off project, submitting a dissertation or a period of heavy administrative activity.
What Adobe Acrobat Pro allows
- Direct PDF editing — correct a mistake, replace a logo or change an amount without going back to the source file.
- Conversion both ways — transform a PDF into an editable Word, Excel or PowerPoint document and vice versa, keeping the layout.
- Merge and split — assemble several files into a single PDF, extract or delete pages, reorganise the order by drag and drop.
- Electronic signature — send a document to be signed, track its progress and receive the signed version with its audit trail.
- Forms — create fillable fields and collect the responses.
- Text recognition (OCR) — make a scanned document searchable and copyable.
