Unravel Two is a platform and puzzle game developed by the Swedish studio Coldwood Interactive and published by EA. You control two Yarnys, small creatures made of woollen thread, linked to one another by that same thread. The whole mechanic of the game stems from this link: you stretch the thread to form a rope, a swing or a bridge, you hook it to anchor points and you progress through natural settings photographed with great care.
What awaits you
- A two-character game — solo, you alternate control of the two Yarnys; with two players, each controls one on the same screen.
- Local co-operation — the second player can join or leave the game at any time, without restarting.
- Physical puzzles — thread tension, swinging, improvised pulleys and objects to move.
- Realistic settings — gardens, docks, forests and abandoned buildings, rendered in carefully crafted light.
- Side challenges — optional levels that are markedly more demanding for players seeking difficulty.
- A story without dialogue — the tale is told through images and atmosphere, without a single line of spoken text.
