HumanitZ is an isometric-view survival game set in a post-apocalyptic world where an infection has caused society to collapse. You start with almost nothing and must search towns, farms and warehouses to find something to eat, drink, treat yourself and defend yourself, all while avoiding drawing the hordes of infected that noise gathers. The game is played solo or in co-op, on an open map traversed on foot or with vehicles found and then repaired.
What awaits you
- Vital needs — hunger, thirst, fatigue, temperature and wounds to manage constantly.
- Searching and crafting — buildings to explore room by room, materials to assemble into tools, weapons and treatments.
- Vehicles — cars and machines to repair, refuel and use to cover great distances.
- Sound threat — gunfire and engines attract the infected, which encourages favouring stealth.
- Camp building — bases to lay out and defend to store the loot safely.
- Online cooperation — several survivors can share the same world and split up the roles.
